Susan works to get the best for her clients, regularly travelling around the globe. This includes helping people work out what makes them tick and best motivates them. As a change coach, Susan adopts a holistic approach using  mindfulness with compassion, NLP and a variety of modern psychological techniques.

We promote positive premium well-being, health and fitness so that clients can gain a life with meaning, purpose and no regrets. Some people know Susan from utilising premium clinical hypnotherapy and mindfulness CBT for life changing results. It has been an incredible personal journey, helping people to flourish, heal and grow over many years. Her time is also devoted to coaching people for greater resilience to overcome the challenges in high pressured positions and modern day life.

Susan loves music, art and is an adventure traveller, whether it be in the rainforest of Borneo, a camel trek in Morocco or sitting on a beach in Egypt or Arran. Susan is a creative and energetic life coach and motivation consultant. She works with dynamic and positive people who are ready to embrace life

Susan also works in partnership with a number of local community groups and charities. She was an award winner with ‘Mums in Control’, (a national magazine) for inspiring others.  Susan work was recognised by the Association of Scottish Businesswomen (ASB) as a finalist in a number of categories such as ‘Most Enterprising (Scottish) Business’,  ‘Outstanding Contribution to Business’ and ‘Best Charity/ Business Partnership’.

  • Susan is a validated practitioner, member of the Association of Coaching and the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
  • She is an accredited de-stress consultant.
  • She is a business mentor with the Chamber of Commerce, an accredited CPD provider for Education Scotland. and is registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)
  • Susan is also a member of the Mindfulness Association and a mindfulness teacher.  She dedicates part of her practice to a number of charities and the community
  • She is the Founder of ‘Susan Chan at New Horizons’ and ‘Susan Chan Associates’, is a blog writer, author and media consultant with her own extensive range of MP3 downloads and recordings.

Ian Geddes (Principal Associate)       Ian’s background is in education management, motivation and CPD delivery. He is a qualified NLP Master practitioner, Motivation and Life Coach. He is an author, blog writer and columnist.  He is a motivation coach with a specialist focus on performance and confidence for clients, including senior school students and corporate executives.  Ian is also  fully trained and able to deliver the ‘.b mindfulness curriculum to students. His specialism includes work/ life balance, well-being and de-stress sessions and courses. He is an Associate lecturer with both the Open University and Strathclyde University and a former Chairman of the English Speaking Union. Ian also delivers professional development courses for Philip Allan Updates. He offers services across Scotland and beyond and is available for private consultations, training, CPD, workshops and consultancy. He is a member of the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC). He is registered with the General Teaching Council of Scotland. Ian is an award winning photographer and is an author of several books on education and motivation. Ian leads challenge treks and trips to Morocco, Iceland and Switzerland.
