The mindfulness workshop was really good and I had 11 booked with 9 in the group.
Feedback was very positive and those attending did get a real benefit about learning what they could do to help themselves with mindfulness techniques.
The ability to have calm and relaxation was a big surprise to them. The overwhelming message was that it took those by by surprise in overcoming awkward feeling and emotions.
