Mindfulness is the practice of  forging a positive mental attitude by practising meditation you can gain greater resilience and calm. There is a real energy high and you can feel the difference.

Single workshops can sit by themselves or build on a series to give you better insight over a matter of months. As with most things, the more practise the greater the positive difference.

Take time for yourself as very few people do. It is truly ‘me time’
